we understand life happens, but as a small business we must account for late cancellations, forgotten appointments + no shows. sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the booking time will have their card on file charged 50% of the total booked session cost. no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the booked session cost. all deposits made to hold session times in our schedule are non-refundable (and non-transferable in our peak season). we thank you deeply for the understanding.
